I have another 2009 polish here today from China Glaze. This is Stellar from the Specialty Collection. This is a sandy brown glitter in a light brown base. I was obsessed with this collection - a 50 piece collection of glitters, shimmers, and just beautiful colors. This is the collection that Rose Tea comes from.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, 2 coats of polish, and finished with a quick dry top coat. This didn't apply as well as I had hoped.
I can see the potential but it's so close to my skin tone that I'll be swapping this one on.
