I was in Wal-mart the other day and spied this blue polish from Sally Hanson that looked VERY much like Pacific Blue or so I thought. This is Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Royal Rage, #489.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, three coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. I was shocked to see it was a jelly since the bottle is so opaque.
Well - this is not the same but it was really pretty and squishy so I'll keep it.
