YAY it's neon time! Today I pulled China Glaze Under the Boardwalk from the 2012 Summer Neon collection. When I was looking it up, it said that it was a bright plum jelly so uh... what happened. Did mine fade? No, come to find out, there were two versions of this polish. There was the light purple and then there was a raspberry pink which is the one I received. Fu fact, this polish was repromoted in 2015 in the Make It Rain-Bow brights trio.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with cuccio High Gloss top coat. This polish was super easy to apply even with being a jelly.
Look how squishy this is. Love it.
