I have another Lucky 13 Lacquer polish from my 17th Pookie's Polish Swap with dc_nails4fun and Lord of the Dead, a blue flakie thermal. The light blue turns to a purple but I could barely get that to work. I don't think this is a dead thermal - I just think my nails aren't long enough right now.
I started with cuccio Base Coat, two coats of polish, and I added a quick dry top coat because this did dry matte.
See what I mean on the thermal? Just didn't want to change for me but it did work on a swatch stick when I rubbed it, so it does work.
