China Glaze was really THE company back in the early 2010s and had all the movie brand deals. Today, I have Water You Waiting For? which was part of the Cirque du Soleil "Words Away" movie. This is a turquoise glitter in a darken jelly base.
I started with Morgan Taylor REACTmax in Optical Brightener, two coats of polish, and finished with Zoya Glossy Seal top coat. This is a thirsty glitter so you may need two coats of top coat.
I had added some KBShimmer Restoration drops polish and it made my brush super fluffy for some reason. This polish was kind of a pain to apply but it was REALLY a pain to remove.
